Our Ribeyes are famous for their exceptional mabeling. They are carefully cut to be almost exactly 16 oz. each. The individually vacuum sealed and frozen. The arrive still frozen so you can either store them in the freezer for that special occasion or thaw them quickly and cook them the day they arrive!
