Our farm is dedicated to raising premium Black Angus cattle using sustainable practices. We believe in treating our animals with respect and care, resulting in beef of exceptional quality and flavor.
Our beef comes from Hillhouse Angus, where Steve Hillhouse raises purebred Black Angus cattle on pastures in Fayette County, Texas, near La Grange. The herd is rotationally grazed with no hormones and no unnecessary antibiotics. Sumer Ville Farms processes and sells that beef directly to local families, with pickup in La Grange and free local delivery on orders over $200.
