Raising
Our Black Angus cattle are raised on lush pastures in La Grange, Texas. They graze on natural grasses and are supplemented with a proprietary blend of grains to ensure optimal health and flavor. We never use growth hormones or unnecessary antibiotics.
Harvesting
When the time comes, our cattle are harvested humanely at a local facility. We work closely with experienced professionals who share our commitment to ethical practices and animal welfare.
Aging
After harvesting, our beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 21 days. This process enhances tenderness and concentrates the beef’s natural flavors, resulting in a superior eating experience.
Cutting
Our master butchers carefully hand-cut each piece of beef to ensure consistent quality and optimal portion sizes. Whether it’s a ribeye, sirloin, or filet mignon, each cut is prepared with precision and care.
Packaging
We package our beef using state-of-the-art vacuum sealing technology. This preserves freshness, prevents freezer burn, and ensures that your beef arrives in perfect condition, ready for cooking or freezing.
Delivery
Finally, we deliver our premium beef directly to your doorstep. Our refrigerated delivery vehicles maintain the perfect temperature to ensure your order arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.
